Our hiring process primarily follows these three steps. Depending on the team, role or location, there may be additional tasks during the interview stage.

If your background aligns with what we’re looking for, our team will reach out to begin the interview process. Here’s what you can expect:
- A video or phone interview with a recruiter or hiring manager
- Additional interviews with team members, either virtually or in person
After all interviews are complete, we’ll evaluate candidates to find the best fit for the role and team. If you’re selected, we’ll extend a formal offer.
Before joining JTS, candidates must successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
