Our Process

Our hiring process primarily follows these three steps. Depending on the team, role or location, there may be additional tasks during the interview stage.​

2 Interview Process

If your background aligns with what we’re looking for, our team will reach out to begin the interview process. Here’s what you can expect:

  • A video or phone interview with a recruiter or hiring manager
  • Additional interviews with team members, either virtually or in person
3 Selection & Offer

After all interviews are complete, we’ll evaluate candidates to find the best fit for the role and team. If you’re selected, we’ll extend a formal offer.

Before joining JTS, candidates must successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
